INGO has increased health insurance indemnities in the first 3 months of 2024. In Q1, the company organized almost 64 thousand medical services for the insured, for which it paid more than UAH 124.2 million. This is 8% more than in the same period last year.
In the accident insurance segment, in Q1, INGO received claims for UAH 12.3 million. The largest indemnity was paid for the risk of death in the amount of UAH 2.17 million.
In total, INGO accepted over 121.4 thousand applications for medical care. According to the company's personal insurance sales department, INGO most often organized medical consultations, instrumental diagnostics and the purchase of medicines. This is 85-87% of the total volume of paid services.
